Where we ship
RoadMouth ships to addresses within the United States. If you’re ordering from outside the US, contact us before placing your order and we’ll tell you whether we can deliver to you.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and peak periods can extend them. If your order is going to take materially longer than the window above, we’ll email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. It can take 2 to 3 business days for tracking to begin updating. If it hasn’t moved after 5 business days, email us and we’ll chase it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Check your address carefully at checkout. We can’t reroute a parcel once it’s shipped. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, or refund the order minus any return shipping cost we incur.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and building management first, then contact us within 7 days and we’ll open a carrier claim.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before dispatch. Once it’s shipped, our Refund Policy applies instead.
